Service Description
Compttr provides AI-powered competitive analysis reports for SaaS products. Reports are generated using publicly available data from review platforms, product websites, and other online sources.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each person may only maintain one account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
Payments
Compttr offers one-time report unlocks and monthly subscriptions. All payments are processed by Monobank and priced in UAH. Refunds are not available for generated reports, as AI processing costs are incurred immediately upon generation.
Acceptable Use
You may not use automated tools to scrape Compttr, resell or redistribute generated reports, or submit malicious URLs. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The content of generated reports is yours to use. The underlying analysis methodology, software, and design of Compttr remain the intellectual property of Compttr.
Limitation of Liability
Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. Compttr is not liable for decisions made based on report content.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Compttr after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
